Creating Orders in your Back Office

You can create an order in your Back Office and send them for payment to any POS device running on MintPOS software and registered in your Company. Let’s see how to create orders.

  1. Sign in to your Back Office at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login
  2. Go to Orders.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Fill in the form to add the first item to your order. To add more items, click Add item. When you finish adding items, click Next.
  5. Fill in the info about the order. Select a manager in charge and a source of the order. If necessary, add some comments.
  6. Fill in the customer info. Select an existing customer by typing their phone number, or add a new one. If the customer is eligible for a personal discount due to conditions of your loyalty program, Back Office will notify you. Click Apply discount, if you wish.
  7. Select a shipment method. A customer's shipping address will appear. If the customer has no shipping address in your database, you will be able to add one.
  8. Select a payment method. Only Offline option is currently available, as the development of online-payments is in progress. This means that you will need to create a Sale and select a POS device to which the Sale will be sent.
  9. Click Create.

Done! You have created an order. Click Submit for Payment to create a Sale and select a POS device which will process the payment. The Sale will be linked to the order. You can access i from the selected device and in your Back Office.
