Setting up your loyalty program

Personal discounts help you to retain your customers. They can easily apply for your loyalty program by scanning a QR code with their phone’s camera. Let’s see how to set up and run your loyalty program in MintPOS Back Office.

  1. Sign in to your Back Office at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login
  2. Go to Customers → Loyalty.
  3. Click Set up loyalty program.
  4. Add one or more levels of loyalty by clicking Add Level and filling in the form.
  5. To add a discount to a loyalty level, click Add Discount and fill in the form.
  6. After adding all the levels, click Save.

Done! Your loyalty program is ready. Click Activate to run it.

You can download a QR-code or copy a link, so that your customers could easily apply for your loyalty program.

  1. In the Customers → Loyalty section, click Self-registration in the left menu.
  2. Click Download QR Code to get the self-registration QR code. You can print it and display it in your shop near the POS terminal, or post it in the newsletter.
  3. Alternatively, click Copy a link and send the link to a customer via WhatsApp or email.

Done! Now your customers can apply to your loyalty program all by themselves. Once they follow your link, they will be asked to fill in a simple form.
