Setting up your loyalty program
Personal discounts help you to retain your customers. They can easily apply for your loyalty program by scanning a QR code with their phone’s camera. Let’s see how to set up and run your loyalty program in MintPOS Back Office.
- Sign in to your Back Office at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login
- Go to Customers → Loyalty.
- Click Set up loyalty program.
- Add one or more levels of loyalty by clicking Add Level and filling in the form.
- To add a discount to a loyalty level, click Add Discount and fill in the form.
- After adding all the levels, click Save.

Done! Your loyalty program is ready. Click Activate to run it.
You can download a QR-code or copy a link, so that your customers could easily apply for your loyalty program.
- In the Customers → Loyalty section, click Self-registration in the left menu.
- Click Download QR Code to get the self-registration QR code. You can print it and display it in your shop near the POS terminal, or post it in the newsletter.
- Alternatively, click Copy a link and send the link to a customer via WhatsApp or email.

Done! Now your customers can apply to your loyalty program all by themselves. Once they follow your link, they will be asked to fill in a simple form.
